Monuments and museums. That’s basically been the summary of my last few days. Ryan and I just got back last night from a short vacation to Washington, DC where we were visiting one of our best friends. And while we were there, we spent a lot of time visiting monuments and museums. But before you ask, no – we did not get to go into the new Smithsonian Museum of African American History and Culture – the tickets are booked for months in advance, so we missed out for this trip.
