CALENDAR
During the Sundays of July and August, worship at Wicker Park Lutheran Church takes on a different, more informal flavor as we use a service patterned on one developed at St. Gregory of Nyssa in San Francisco. A combination of eastern and western Christian practices, various parts of the service take place outside, around a baptismal font, in special sanctuary space in fellowship hall (formerly the chapel), and around the table in the sanctuary proper. While there is a tended nursery available, children are invited to participate in all or parts of the service. See you on Sunday!
